First, you’ll submit a Travel Inquiry form, where you will outline details of your trip. Once your Inquiry form is reviewed, our Travel Advisor will reach out to schedule a consultation call.

After your Travel Inquiry is submitted, our Travel Advisor will reach out to schedule a call with you. During the call, you will share further details about your trip, and collaborate on initial ideas. Calls last between 30-60 minutes.

After a consultation call with your travel advisor, they will send you a link to pay your trip deposit.
Trip deposits are $250. They are standard across all trips, and are applied to the total amount of your trip.
Once your deposit is paid, your advisor will begin the planning process, and reach out to you with next steps.

Based on the details you discussed with your Travel Advisor, they will design and share a fully customized itinerary. Here you will be able you will be able to provide feedback and discuss any changes you’d like to make.

Once you are happy with your itinerary, your Travel Advisor will make any necessary bookings and trip confirmations.

Bespoke Itineraries are customized travel plans curated by your Travel Advisor based on your recommendations and travel preferences.
These itineraries can include accommodations, activities, attractions, dining reservations and more. You’ll speak about what to included in your Bespoke Itinerary during a consultation call with your Travel Advisor.

Airfare, both domestic and international, are not currently included in our Bespoke Itineraries. If you’d like to request help with flights, please contact your Travel Advisor, or reach out to bookings@thursdaytravelclub.com.

Yes! Prior to final booking and confirmation, you will be able to amend or modify your Bespoke Itinerary as desired.
After final booking and confirmation, modifications may be limited. Reach out to your Travel Advisor directly to make changes.

Yes. Before planning your full itinerary, we require a deposit of $250 for your trip. This deposit covers the base fee for our planning services. It is non-refundable, and will be applied to the final payment of your trip.
For groups of 3 or more, and trips more than 5 days long, an additional service fee of $25 per person per day will be applied. These additional service fees will be paid during final payment.
These fees are charged for designing, arranging, curating and otherwise providing services in connection to your trip. Service fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Example of our fee structure:
A 5 day trip for two people will be charged $250 for planning services. This will be paid as a trip deposit.
A 7 day trip for four people will be charged $700 for planning services. First $250 to be paid as a deposit, and $450 at final payment.

We must receive the final payment at least 60 days before departure. If you wish to cancel your trip less than 60 days of your the first scheduled date on the itinerary, please reach out to your Travel Advisor immediately to discuss options. You may be eligible for a partial refund.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. Reach out to your Travel Advisor for recommendations. Or, to purchase travel insurance directly through Thursday Travel Club, please contact bookings@thursdaytravelclub.com
